Create a “postcard” that evokes an event or location. In this assignment, “postcard” is used metaphorically to convey a snapshot of something worth sharing and distributing, and not a physical piece of mail. The actual format will be three hardcoded webpages (no coding experience required; I’ll provide templates and demo in class). Your focus can be any event as long as there is more than one person in attendance and it takes place in a public space. Your event should happen between now and next week. The idea is to capture the essence of the event, and then translate it across three different iterations: only with words, only with images, and then finally, a combination of words and mixed media (images, audio).
